Shipping

Orders received by 12 noon PST will be shipped the same business day, excluding holidays. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day.

Shipments being delivered within the state of California will be sent UPS ground and will typically arrive within 1 business day. Actual shipping rates are determined by weight.

Shipments going to Alaska & Hawaii are sent Priority Mail with the USPS. Delivery time for these shipments will vary based on destination. Actual shipping rates are determined by weight and destination.

Shipments being delivered to other states will be sent Federal Express and customers will be given their choice of 4 delivery options. Actual shipping rates are determined by weight.

Discount Boat Propellers does not currently process international orders. Please contact Piranha Propellers, Inc. to find the Distributor in your area.

Exchanges & Returns

All products are backed by Piranha Propeller’s Manufacturer guarantees and warranties. Exchanges and returns should be handled through the factory and can be arranged by calling Piranha Propellers at 877-232-6935.

Piranha will facilitate a blade exchange on any undamaged blades purchased within the preceding 30 days. The purpose of such an exchange should be an adjustment in pitch to improve performance.

Returns will be accepted by Piranha, regardless of original purchase location, within 30 days of purchase date. Refunds will be given for all undamaged, resalable product. However, shipping charges will not be refunded and it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the product back to the factory.

Piranha Propellers also offers a Lifetime Warranty on the center hubs. Please contact the factory directly if you have a warranty claim.
